I came in as a first time guest tonight and had an absolute tremendous time! From the service the second I walked in the door to the food and friendly nature of the staff. I really needed a momma me time dinner and my server went above and beyond to make sure I got it!!!! Thank you Diane!!! Will definitely be back again often!

If there were a restaurant that I could and would eat at everyday a Mongolian grill would be it. Fresh ingredients in a sauce made my me and cooked right in front of me. Hot and fresh ingredients the quality that I choose and best of all, if I want more all I have to do is get up, get a fresh plate and cook up more. The only bummer is that I can’t box up my left overs and take it home. The service, well, I have no complaints. She was attentive and friendly while we were eating, BUT I did have to go find her when it was time to go. And the ambiance, it wasn’t anything special. Just suitable for any size group, like me and my daughter. Or the family group of 10+ just across the room. Everyone had plenty of room. All was good and well, so here’s my beef… Cleanliness!! We were escorted to a not so clean table that the hostess brushed food off the table then laid down own menus. But that wasn’t the worse of it. These was noodles in the cracks of the seat. And not just one or two. Kind of creeped me out. Love the food but cleanliness matters…or I may not be back.

You start by choosing from a huge selection of fresh ingredients—noodles, vegetables, meats, and flavorful sauces—and then watch the chefs cook it right in front of you on the giant grill. Every bowl can be completely different, which makes the experience unique every time you visit. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors were excellent, and the portion sizes were generous. I especially enjoyed mixing different vegetables with noodles and savory sauces to create a combination that was both delicious and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the whole concept makes eating there interactive and enjoyable. If you like the idea of designing your own meal and watching it cooked fresh right in front of you, HuHot is definitely a place you need to try.

Finger nail in my food tonight. This is my 3rd time coming here, and the last 2 were good but now has me worried. I was half way through my meal and found an entire finger nail in my food. The manager came out and offered a discount which is crazy. We weren’t causing a scene and didn’t want to be disrespectful but told them that is absolutely disgusting and they agreed we can leave with out paying. Said that the nail wasn’t one of their staff members but you guys still have the responsibility of going through the food tonight make sure there’s no contaminants or foreign objects. Food was fantastic. So fresh and cooked hot just the way you want it. Our service (waitress) was a lacking as we were never offered refills on our drinks the entire meal. Our waitress got our initial drinks then she never came back to our table again until it was time to bring the check. We were ready to leave at that point so refills wouldn't do us any good. Would have been nice to have something to drink with our meal. Our tip reflected the service we got, very little.
